Shopping Cart/Secure Order Information
  

  • Shopping Cart:  
    1.     Select pattern category you wish to view from the menu on the left.
    2. To add merchandise to shopping cart, make selection, type in quantity and click "add".  Pop up window will verify addition.
    3. Click "View Cart/Check Out" above to view or edit contents of your shopping cart or to process your order.
    4. For detailed ordering information click "Order Info" on the above menu.

  • Printable Order Form:  We have included the pattern numbers, size selections and prices to each of our pattern descriptions, please use this information when placing an order.  A printable order form is provided for your convenience by clicking here.
       
  • Place Order:  To ensure that sensitive payment information gets securely from the customer to the store owner, we implement the following process.  View or Complete your order by clicking "View Cart" on upper menu.  Fill out order form, review all information before sending.  (Correct E-mail address is required in order to receive receipt.)  Follow the instructions provided on orderform to complete process and enter credit card payment information.  Payment information is sent to our secure server, NO sensitive information is sent via e-mail.
       
  • View Order:  Upon completion, you will be directed to view your order, you may choose to print this page for your records or wait for your e-mail receipt which contains an order referral number.  Refer to this number if you have any questions regarding your order.
       
  • Order Notification:  The site owner is notified and views the order on our secure server, where the sensitive information is kept.  The site owner records the information and processes the order.  You will be notified via e-mail of the approximate ship date.  Please allow 2-4 weeks for most items, unless otherwise notified.  All information collected is kept strictly confidential.
       
  • Security Information:  To verify you are on a secure order page, look for the padlock or key in the bottom right hand corner of page.  https://www.terragon.com/secureserver/olddollpatterns..  should appear at the start of your browser's address window.  All information is collected securely and is kept confidential.   No sensitive information is sent via e-mail.  We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
