Post war patterns (1945 – 1964)

Dolls of this era are typically made of hard plastic.  You will find many patterns to choose from including patterns to fit dolls such as the 1950’s slim Shirley Temple dolls, Ginny, Muffie, and Wendy-Ann, Terri Lee & Saucy Walker, Toni, Mary Hoyer dolls, Betsy McCall, Sweet Sue, Honey, Nanette,  Littlest Angel, Harriet Hubbard Ayers, Maggie, Alice, and Elise Alexander dolls.  You will find also patterns to fit the Chatty Cathy family of dolls including Charmin’ Cathy.  

Also included in this category are baby doll patterns from all eras.  You will find clothing and layette patterns for DyDee dolls, Tiny Tears, Betsy Wetsy, Ginnette, Thumbelina dolls, Sweetie Pie, Sparkle Plenty, Baby Coos, Babykin, and Ruthie dolls.  Baby doll patterns tend to be loose fitting patterns which make these patterns easily adaptable to many different type of baby dolls.
